Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £200.00 must accompany all courses over £200.00.
Courses under £200.00 must be paid for in full at time of registration.
Course registrations close 6 (six) weeks prior to course commencement.
Outstanding balance of course fees is due 5 (five) weeks prior to course commencement. Exact due dates are noted in the original letter of confirmation.
If an outstanding balance is not received by the said date it will be assumed that the student is no longer attending and the place may be given to students on the waitlist.
Upon receipt of the outstanding balance any applicable course manuals and glossaries will be sent out.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances other than where serious medical conditions prevent course attendance. This applies to students only: medical problems of family members are not accepted as reasons for refund of paid deposits.
In the event of being unable to attend a course, written notification is required at least one calendar month prior to course commencement in order to be eligible for any refund on course fees paid over and above the course deposit. No refunds or transfers of course date after this time unless for medical reasons, only of the student. Medical conditions of family members do not qualify for refund of course fees paid or for requests for transfers of course dates.
A fee of £50.00 will be charged for late registrations.
A fee of £25.00 will be charged for returned cheques.
Financing is available for certain courses, please contact the Equinenergy office for details.
All courses are taught in English, and students must be conversant in the English language. There is no facility for direct interpretation/translation during class hours.
If you have noted an email address on your registration form, this account must be checked regularly as this will be used as a primary means of communication regarding course details.
Neither Equinology Inc., nor Equinenergy Ltd. will be held responsible for any losses incurred through course postponement or cancellation. Travel insurance is advised where appropriate. As each course is subject to a minimum number of registrations to run, students are advised to wait with booking of travel and accommodation arrangements until confirmation is received from the Equinenergy course office, that the course of choice will definitely be held. This final confirmation will be communicated around four weeks prior to the course date.
